Return Policy

Order issues
If you receive the wrong compound, an incorrect quantity, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement, correction, or refund, handled case by case.
Chemical returns
For safety, quality-control, and regulatory reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used chemical containers. Unopened, unused product may be eligible for return at our discretion — reach out before shipping anything back so we can confirm.
Custom and bulk orders
Custom syntheses and bulk orders are quoted and produced to your specification. Because of this, these orders are final sale except in the case of a verified defect or fulfillment error on our part.
